Epsilon Associates will attend and exhibit at the Mass Moving Together Conference to be held in Boston on Wednesday, October 23rd. A sponsor for this year’s event, Epsilon specializes in securing environmental approvals for infrastructure projects, including bridges, rail, roads, and trails.
Mass Moving Together is organized by the University of Massachusetts Transportation Center. The Center brings together transportation leaders and individuals involved in the areas of planning, public health, bicyclist and pedestrian safety, transit, advocacy, elected office, law enforcement and education, promoting transportation research, education, and training throughout the Commonwealth.

About the Experts:
Alyssa Jacobs, PWS – Alyssa Jacobs has over 20 years of experience in wetland ecology, vegetation monitoring, habitat inventories, wetland restoration and environmental regulatory analysis. She has managed numerous multi-year permitting efforts and acts as primary client contact and regulatory liaison for large-scale projects, including a variety of transportation projects.
Chelsea Davidson - An ecologist/environmental scientist, Chelsea is responsible for inspecting utility construction sites for compliance with environmental permits, conducting wetland delineations, and assessing habitats for endangered species. Her expertise spans endangered species surveys, aquatic resource assessments, and environmental permitting, supported by her proficiency with tools like ArcGIS and Trimble GPS. She is skilled in both fieldwork and technical reporting, contributing to environmental compliance on various projects.
