Epsilon Associates Opens Albany, New York Office

Epsilon Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of our new office in Albany, New York. The office enables Epsilon staff to better service our clients in the New York State energy, industrial, and real estate development markets.

For over 25 years, Epsilon has helped project owners navigate complex permitting processes to ensure positive and timely project outcomes. Our staff have decades of experience in New York with utility-scale power, independent power, and cogeneration projects across the region, including site selection, routing analysis, expert witness testimony, and a full suite of environmental regulatory permitting services.

Epsilon provides support to a wide range of project types, including electric transmission lines, utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) developments, onshore and offshore wind energy projects, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and permitting of commercial, institutional, industrial, and municipal facilities. Epsilon experts assess compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and provide specialized support to ensure environmental compliance. The firm's permitting expertise includes air quality, acoustics, coastal and marine services, ecological sciences, historic redevelopment and rehabilitation, and real estate permitting.
