Congratulations to the Polar Park Project Team!

On June 10th, the Environmental Business Council of New England (EBC) will hold its 28th Annual EBEE Awards and 28th Annual Meeting. Each year the event recognizes companies, organizations, and individuals for outstanding accomplishments in the promotion of a sustainable, clean environment. Epsilon is proud to sponsor the dinner and acknowledge all the 2021 EBEE award recipients for their impressive accomplishments.

We are also excited to be among the award recipients and would like to congratulate Epsilon Principal Dave Hewett along with representatives from the City of Worcester, Worcester Redevelopment Authority, Worcester Red Sox, Gilbane | AECOM Hunt Joint Venture, W. L. French Excavating Corporation, D’Agostino Izzo Quirk Architects, Sanborn, Head & Associates, Inc., Skanska USA, Inc., Madison Properties, Foley Hoag LLP, Wilcox & Barton, Bohler, Haley & Aldrich, Inc., the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection – Central Regional Office, MassDevelopment, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and Polar Beverages. Together, they are receiving the EBC Nicholas Humber Environmental - Energy Award for Outstanding Collaboration for their joint effort on Polar Park. The award was given in recognition for completing a challenging urban renewal project that has resulted in the revitalization of more than 18 acres of long-vacant brownfields in Worcester’s Canal District.
